Q: Who do I contact if I have been involved in a car accident?

A: Please contact the emergency services on 000 immediately if you are in any danger, obstructing traffic or need to lodge a police report.  

To lodge an insurance claim please contact your insurer directly and follow the claims process, usually available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Vero Insurance Claim – please call 1800 222 043 
  • Suncorp Insurance Claim – please call 13 25 24 

If you are unsure, please call beCarWise on 1300 734 500 during business hours Monday to Friday.

Q: I require roadside assistance, who should I contact?

A: If you have included beCarWise roadside assistance in your novated lease package, please call 1800 225 111 and quote your registration number. 

If you would like to join the program moving forward, please call beCarWise on 1300 734 500 and we can arrange the additional coverage for you. Setup with external suppliers takes approximately 10 days.

Q: My car is due for a service; is there anything I need to know?

A: When you make a booking for your next service, please advise the service centre that your vehicle is covered by the Caltex StarFleet Plus Program. Authorisation will need to be sought by the service facility by calling 1300 656 014 (on the rear of your StarCard). 

If your chosen service centre is not setup with Caltex StarFleet, simply pay for your servicing/repairs and seek reimbursement via the mobile app or via the beCarWise website.

Q: Do you have a preferred tyre retailer?

A: The good news is you can use all of the major brands throughout Australia, including but not limited to Bridgestone, Bob Jane, Tyrepower, Jax Quickfit etc. Just use your Caltex StarFleet Plus card upon payment. 

If your chosen tyre supplier is not setup with Caltex StarFleet, simply pay for your servicing/repairs and seek reimbursement via this App or via the beCarWise website.

Q: My car is due for registration; do I need to arrange payment when the papers arrive?

A: You are able to make payment for Registration and CTP renewal (where applicable) and seek reimbursement for expensed funds. 

If you would like beCarWise to renew your registration for you, please forward your registration papers via email to novated@becarwise.com.au at least 10 days prior to expiry. You will receive an email confirming payment prior to expiration. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the Novated team on 1300 734 500 prior to the expiration of your vehicle registration. 

It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure the vehicle is registered at all times.
